Welcome to 24 takabet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 24 takabet ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing or using any part of the 24 takabet website located at 24-takabet.com, including the sportsbook, casino, slots, and cashier services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the 24 takabet platform immediately and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend that you review this document periodically. General Terms

1.1 Scope of Agreement. These Terms apply to all services provided by 24 takabet, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, basketball, virtual sports), live casino games, RNG slot games, fishing games, card games, account management, promotions, and customer support services. These Terms apply regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

1.2 Governing Language. The authoritative version of these Terms is written in English. Where any translation exists for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

1.3 Amendments. 24 takabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to users. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 24 takabet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties relating to this subject matter.

1.6 Currency. All transactions on the 24 takabet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is required. Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are all expressed in Taka.

Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility. To register an account with 24 takabet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register operated by 24 takabet or any third-party responsible gaming organisation that covers online gambling activity;
• You have not previously had an account with 24 takabet that was closed or suspended for violation of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 24 takabet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 24 takabet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. 24 takabet relies on the details you provide for identity verification, withdrawal processing, and fraud prevention. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 24 takabet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time we deem verification necessary:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad registered mobile number matching account details, or card statement).

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of a request being issued will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until documents are received and verified.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. 24 takabet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected compromise.

2.6 Minors Protection. If you share your device with other household members, including minors, it is your responsibility to ensure that your 24 takabet account is logged out and inaccessible when not in use. 24 takabet accepts no liability for access by minors where reasonable security precautions have not been taken by the account holder.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 24 takabet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your playing balance. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

3.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 24 takabet balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours to reflect. 24 takabet does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 24 takabet accepts no responsibility.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes under normal operating conditions:

• Standard verified accounts: within 24 hours of request approval;
• VIP-tier accounts: within 2 hours of request approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals: within 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

3.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Where the original deposit method cannot accept the withdrawal, you may request an alternative method, subject to additional verification.

3.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no fee charged by 24 takabet on withdrawals; any fees charged by receiving payment providers are the player's responsibility.

3.7 Right to Withhold Withdrawals. 24 takabet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, match manipulation, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and may be asked to provide additional documentation. Funds withheld during a formal investigation will be released or forfeited depending on the outcome of that investigation.

Bonus & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus. New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to receive a 100% deposit match welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The qualifying minimum deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳1,000. The bonus is credited to the player's account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by 24 takabet are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement is 20x the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unwagered bonus balance will be forfeited.

4.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide:

• Slots and RNG games: 100% contribution;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution;
• Sports betting markets: 100% contribution on pre-match bets at odds of 1.50 or greater;
• Fishing games and crash games (including Aviator): 50% contribution.

Specific promotion pages may override these default rates. Always review the promotion-specific terms before opting in.

4.4 Bonus Abuse. 24 takabet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, coordination between multiple accounts to exploit a single promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional offer structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, 24 takabet reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.

4.5 Promotional Offers. Seasonal promotions — including those aligned with BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events — are governed by their own specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence solely with respect to that promotion.

4.6 Right to Withdraw Offers. 24 takabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This right does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account, which will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of issuance.

User Obligations

5.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use the 24 takabet platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the platform for any purpose that is fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive to other users or to the operation of the platform.

5.2 Personal Use Only. Your 24 takabet account is strictly for your personal use. You must not allow any other person to place bets, access the cashier, or operate your account on your behalf. Acting as an agent for a third party or operating an account on behalf of another person is a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Accurate Betting. You are responsible for verifying the details of every bet, wager, or game round before confirming it. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final. 24 takabet is not liable for errors made by the player in the selection of markets, odds, or stake amounts.

5.4 Responsible Gaming. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and is intended as a form of entertainment. 5.5 Notification of Errors. If you notice any error in the crediting or debiting of your account balance, in the settlement of bets, or in the operation of any game, you must notify 24 takabet customer support via live chat within 48 hours of the error becoming apparent. Failure to report errors promptly may affect your ability to seek a remedy.

Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24 takabet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person;
• Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or sports betting markets;
• Match fixing: placing bets on sporting events where you have prior non-public knowledge of the outcome, or where you have influenced or attempted to influence the outcome;
• Money laundering: using the 24 takabet platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity;
• Chargeback abuse: initiating payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been used on the platform;
• Automated betting: using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional offers;
• Software exploitation: attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the 24 takabet platform software or its game providers' systems;
• Harassment: directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communications at other players or at 24 takabet staff members.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 24 takabet. 24 takabet reserves the right to suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required for security or regulatory compliance reasons.

7.2 Permanent Closure by 24 takabet. Following investigation of a suspended account, 24 takabet may permanently close the account. Upon permanent closure for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is due to reasons unrelated to player misconduct (such as withdrawal from the market), any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

7.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 24 takabet account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before your account is closed, any remaining verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000 will be returned to you. Accounts closed at player request may be reopened upon application, subject to identity re-verification.

7.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Where you request account closure under the self-exclusion programme, the closure is permanent and the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability. While 24 takabet makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, sportsbook, casino, or cashier services. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. 24 takabet accepts no liability for losses — including missed bets, expired promotions, or session interruptions — caused by platform downtime.

8.2 Betting Errors. 24 takabet is not liable for any losses arising from a player's own error in selecting markets, stakes, or bet types. We are also not liable for bets placed using incorrect odds that were displayed as a result of a technical error on the platform; such bets may be voided and stakes returned at our sole discretion.

8.3 Third-Party Services. The 24 takabet platform integrates game content and live casino streams provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). While we select our provider partners carefully, 24 takabet accepts no direct liability for technical failures, game errors, or service interruptions originating within third-party provider systems.

8.4 Internet Connectivity. Participation in live betting markets and live casino games requires a stable internet connection. 24 takabet accepts no liability for losses attributable to poor connectivity, disconnections, or latency issues experienced by the player. 8.5 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of 24 takabet to any player arising out of or in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 24 takabet and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.
